Our Wedding Coverage
We don't offer set wedding "packages". Instead, we make a custom proposal for each couple who come to us.
Our coverage usually runs between $2,500 and $5,000, depending on the number of hours we're with you, how you wish to receive your proofs, and the number, type, and size of the albums you prefer.
We usually meet with you here in the studio and then prepare an individual proposal that meets your unique desires.
Maria and Paul cover your wedding as a two-photographer team. Each of us records a different perspective on your wedding, and our couples say we neer miss a special moment of your day.
We cover Boston, the North Shore, and Metro West, including the nearby towns of Winchester, Belmont, Lexington, Arlington, Stonehan, Newton, Concord, Wellesley, Medford and Cambridge. We also travel to Cape Cod, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Rhode Island for wedding photography.
We often start off with the preparations--Maria covers the bride as she and her bridesmaids prepare, and Paul covers the groom and the guys.
Coming back together for the ceremony, one of us normally covers the front of the church (or the bima), while the other awaits the bride's arrival at the doorway. Then, during the ceremony, we move quietly though the scene (as permitted), and provide complete coverage.
Group portraits (if desired) are often done after the ceremony and prior to the reception, at a site we arrage with you. We can usually move quickly through this phase, so that you can return to spending time with your family and friends. We then move quietly throughout your reception venue, staying as long as you wish.
Some weddings have more pre-arranged events than do others (special dances, large group photos, other events), and we plan with you beforehand how you'd like these covered.
Then, once your day is complete, our efforts shift to the digital darkroom, where we sort and adjust your proofs before presenting them to you as we have agreed. This usually includes web proofs in a private area of our site, and optionally a hard-copy proofbook.
We offer a full range of album options, using only the finest of leather-bound books. We're equally fond of matted and digital flush-mounted designs. And our clients tell us e truly shine in the quality and style of our design work.
